Return Policy:

We truly hope you love your new purchase, but if for some reason you need to return it here's some important information. 

• You have 14 days from the receipt of an item to return it.
• If you would like an exchange, follow our normal return process and place a new order for the item you'd like.
• All merchandise must be returned undamaged.
• For hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns on “intimate items” like shorts, lingerie and nipple tassels/pasties. Because, gross.
• Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment.
• We don't offer partial refunds.

How to Return an Item

• Check our Return Policy to be sure your item is eligible for a return.
• If it meets the return criteria, contact us - www.casalasbellas.co.uk - and we will provide the return address.
•  Unfortunately damaged items can't be accepted for returns.
• Once received, we will validate your item qualifies for a return. If it does, we will refund the total amount of goods within 14 days. Sorry, unfortunately shipping fees are non-refundable.
